. Log in by using your email and your order number and then follow the steps. Do keep in mind that the amount you may pay for freight while placing your order will not be refunded in case of a return.2. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and make sure that the box is carefully enclosed. Make sure that all the items are in mint condition, un-used and with all the tags still attached otherwise your return may not be accepted. Fill in the return form, your order number and the items that you are returning, and make sure to put in the box together with the return.3. SEND YOUR RETURN
Print out the waybill that you have received or for some couriers you can have it printed at the service point. Make sure to always use our waybills and that the return waybill is attached visible on the outside of the parcel.
Return your parcel on any service point, depending on what courier you are using. Your return will be handled normally within 14 days after we receive it at our warehouse, but please be aware that we do have up to 30 days to handle every return so during busy periods the time period can be extended. The refund will be back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded. You will be informed by email during this process and when we handle your return you will be refunded or a new item will be sent if you have chosen an exchange.
