PRICE AND PAYMENT
Every product is shown including tax. You can find the total price including delivery fees in the shopping cart. Our partners PayEx and PayPal guarantees that every purchase will be safe and that your card information is protected with 3D-secure. In Sweden, Germany and Norway customers also have the option to pay with Klarna. Your delivery note, i.e. receipt, will be sent to you with your order. Please note, payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. Please see the Customs and Duties section if ordering from a non-EU country.

These delivery times does not include any delays that might happen with your delivery courier. Please allow additional time for delivery during SALE periods. All our deliveries are made by DHL and PostNord. You will receive a notice by e-mail and/or text-message when the order is ready to be shipped and once your order is delivered at your nearest DHL & PostNord pick-up point. Our couriers will always try to deliver at your nearest pick-up point, if it’s possible. If your package will be delivered to your door it normally requires your signature.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
When ordering from a non-EU country the tax is deducted from the total order value. An additional cost will be issued the customer when it has arrived at the destination. When you buy a product from us from a non-EU country you effectively become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT payments, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties in these cases. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
BUY ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. Photo ID and/or delivery note is required for store pickup, courier needs both IDs. An order that hasn’t been picked up within 14 days will be annulled, and the payment of choice will be credited within 30 days.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All products from By Malina are insured against theft and damage while the package is in transit between By Malina and your shipping address. It is therefore important that you promptly report any damage or lost goods to us at: Customer Service. If the package is damaged or fractured, please immediately notify the carrier. Once you have signed for/received your package it will not be covered by our insurance.
Please have in mind that we can’t guarantee that our photos will reproduce the exact same true appearance of the product. We are doing our best to get as accurate products shots as possible. Note that all prints are hand printed and the pattern placement will be unique on each garment. By Malina shall have no liability in case products are sold out, nor for image or typographical errors on the website, inaccurate prices and incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. The customer will be informed in these cases through e-mail.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
All customers have 14 days from receiving their order to return or report damaged items. Failure to comply with this return policy will mean that the return is only accepted at our discretion. Note that all items must be returned in original condition, i.e. that they are not used, and all original labels and tags remain on the products as when you received them. Please note that any perfume, make-up or deodorant stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return or an exchange, so please be careful when you try the items. By Malina has the rights to refuse returns not meeting these requirements or issue a penalty of 150 SEK. Normally, we refund your purchase within 14 days. In individual cases it may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time according to consumer law. During sale, the return fee is 49 SEK. All returns must have a valid tracking number for us to accept it. We cannot accept the return if it’s sent to a service point. An order that has not been picked up by the service point after 14 days will be returned to us and By Malina will issue a penalty of 150 SEK.
If you want to exchange the product(s) received, you can change to a different size, color or style if the value of the new product corresponds with the returned, using our return and exchange form
. Please note that it will be faster to place a new order online than making an exchange. If you want to exchange we will only charge you for the return shipping according to our terms of return cost. We will not charge you for shipping your new item.
•For returns within Sweden, please use the pre-printed and pre-paid return waybill and drop it of at the same pickup point as you collected the package. Free returns within Sweden.
•For returns within EU, please contact Customer Service to receive a waybill for return. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.
•For international returns, please see our warehouse address below. Please make sure the package is sent directly to our address and not to a service point. All shipping costs must be pre-payed by the customer. If you wish to exchange or return a product(s), please fill out this form and send it back to us together with the product(s).
