DELIVERY & RETURNS
ConfirmationShortly after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We recommend that you go over your order and save your order confirmation if you need to contact our customer service. Please let us know right away if you don't agree with the order.
DeliveryPlease be advised that during SALE delivery times may be longer than usual.
You will receive your delivery confirmation by e-mail as soon as we ship your order.
Within Sweden: 2-4 business days
Europe & rest of the world: 3-5 business days.
These delivery times does not include any delays that might happen with your delivery courier.
Pick-up-in-showroom: you will receive an email once your order is packed and ready to pick up.
If the product you are ordering is not in stock the delivery time is stated at the product page; between 5-7 days, 2-3 weeks, 4-5 weeks or 6-8 weeks if nothing else is mentioned. These delivery times does not include any delays that might happen with delivery. We will inform you if the product will be available earlier than stated. All our deliveries are made by DHL and PostNord, you will receive a notice by text message or e-mail when the order is ready to be shipped and once your order is ready to be picked-up at your nearest DHL & PostNord pick-up point.
Shipping CostsAll shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Shipping within Sweden is free.
Returns on full price items are free, however, during Sale the return fee is 49 SEK.
• Within Europe:
Shipping within Europe starts at 21 EUR.
PostNord to Finland starts at 12 EUR.
Returns from Europe & Finland is paid for by the customer.
• Rest of the world:
Shipping to the rest of the world starts at 33 USD.
Returns from Rest of the world is paid for by the customer.
All extra charges, costs and additional fees must be paid for by the customer. If not BY MALINA will deduct these from your credit.
Returns, Exchanges and Money-Back GuaranteeOur return policy is 14 days after the product has been delivered to your nearest DHL service point or, if you live outside of Sweden, to you in person. Returning a product is to be done on By Malina's expense if it is within Sweden. By Malina shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. By Malina is paying for the return delivery of the product within Sweden on full-priced items, but not on the Bridal collection and not on SALE items. Return costs for exchanges on Bridal or SALE items is paid for by the customer. Returned goods from Europe/Rest of the world is paid by the customer. By Malina will also pay to send replacement products and/or services. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. The products are to be returned in original condition and cannot have been used. The item/items will be returned in original condition. I.e. that they are not used, all original labels, tags and seals remain on the garments as when you received the goods. Always enclose the original packaging and designer tags. Make-up or deodorant marks on the product means that we can not accept and change, be careful when you test the product at home!
If the order is not returned within the 14 days, the freight back to the customer is to be done at the customers expense.
All extra charges, costs and additional fees regarding a return must be paid for by the customer. If not BY MALINA will deduct these from your credit.
Special orders are non refundable (ie. can not be returned, ex-changed or refunded), for example any embroidered, special-made or adjusted pieces.

All packages sent to By Malina must have a valid tracking number.
Transport Damage or Lost In TransitAll By Malina products are insured against theft and damage while the product is in transfer. When the transfer is complete and the customer has received the package it is no longer under our insurance. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you want to report any damage or lost goods.
By Malina can not be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Does this happen refundable goods and any shipping charges back to the customer. Please note: when making and international return or exchange, always state "for exchange" on the package. Without such notice, the package is at risk for additional costs for customs and taxes. By Malina does not cover any of these costs. Please note that the Wedding collection can only be exchanged to a new size or gown. There are no refunds for this collection as they each are made soon after every order is processed.
