ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We recommend you to carefully read through your order confirmation and save it for future contact, and also make sure that your adress etc is correct. Malina is not responsible for incorrect personal information that might lead to problems with delivery, or other issues. If there are any typing mistakes or other errors, we recommend you contact our customer service immediately.

REGRET PURCHASE
If you should regret your purchase, it is important that you notify us as soon as you can but not later then 14 days after placing the order. Once we have sent the order, we can no longer cancel the order and it has to returned by you and a return cost will be deducted to your refund.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Every product is shown including tax. You can find the total price including delivery fees in the shopping cart. Our partner PayPal guarantees that every purchase will be safe and that your card information is protected with 3D-secure. In Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, UK and US customers also have the option to pay with Klarna. Your delivery note, i.e. receipt, will be sent to you with your order. Please note, payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. Please see the Customs and Duties section if ordering from a non-EU country.

Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Direct bank transfer:
Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.

Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

DELIVERY
You will receive a delivery confirmation and tracking number by e-mail as soon as we ship your order.

Our general delivery times are:
Sweden: 3-7 business days . Norway: 3-9 business days. Outside of Sweden within EU: 3-9 business days.  Outside of EU & rest of the world: 6-9 business days. For your specific delivery plan please see estimated time at checkout. These delivery times does not include any delays that might happen with your delivery courier. Please allow additional time for delivery during SALE periods. All our deliveries are made by DHL Freight and DHL Express, PostNord, Budbee, Instabox and Airmee. You will receive a notice by e-mail and/or text-message when the order is ready to be shipped and once your order is delivered at your nearest DHL & PostNord pick-up point. Our couriers will always try to deliver at your nearest pick-up point, if it’s possible. If your package will be delivered to your door it normally requires your signature.

For everyone's safety, for all deliveries made by Budbee, they follow the "no contact" policy in all their deliveries, which means that they leave your package outside the door. If ordering with Budbee you automatically agree to their terms.

If you do not collect your package from a service point/accept delivery, we charge a fee of 150 SEK/NOK, 125 DKK, 20 EUR, 15 GBP, 20 USD.

CUSTOMS AND DUITIES
When ordering from a non-EU country the tax is deducted from the total order value. This does not include Norway, UK, US and Switzerland. Read below for shipping details. An additional cost will be issued the customer when it has arrived at the destination. When you buy a product from us from a non-EU country you effectively become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT payments, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties in these cases. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we advise you to contact your local customs office.


NORWEGIAN, UK, US & SWITZERLAND ORDERS
We ship to Norway, UK, US & Switzerland on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price and order value. There will be no additional cost issued the customer when the package arrives at the destination.


BUY ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. Photo ID and/or delivery note is required for store pickup, courier needs both IDs. An order that hasn’t been picked up within 14 days will be annulled, and the payment of choice will be credited within 30 days.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All products from Malina are insured against theft and damage while the package is in transit between Malina and your shipping address. It is therefore important that you promptly report any damage or lost goods to us at:  Customer Service. If the package is damaged or fractured, please immediately notify the carrier and our customer service. Once you have signed for/received your package it will not be covered by our insurance.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Please have in mind that we can’t guarantee that our photos will reproduce the exact same true appearance of the product. We are doing our best to get as accurate products shots as possible. Note that all prints are hand printed and the pattern placement will be unique on each garment. Malina shall have no liability in case products are sold out, nor for image or typographical errors on the website, inaccurate prices and incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. The customer will be informed in these cases through e-mail.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

REGISTER YOUR RETURN HERE

All customers have 14 days from receiving their order to report a return of the products, Malina counts calendar days meaning that Saturday and Sunday are included. If your order should be divided into several deliveries, the withdrawal period begins to count from the date when you received the last item/items in your order. Failure to comply with this return policy will mean that the return is only accepted at our discretion. Please note that it's your responsible to register your return online within your return period of 14 days, counted from the day that you collect or receives the order. If you do not have the possibility to register the return, please note that you must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days. This applies on all returns worldwide. Please be careful when you try the items since any perfume, make-up or deodorant stains or any other faultys on the product means that Malina can issue a penaltly cost while handling your return. We will refund you the amount of the returned products within 14 days, according to consumer law, after that you have notified us about the return. Malina do not offer free returns so we will deduct the below amount on the refund.

Please note that the return fee on all orders within Sweden is 59 SEK on both sale and ordinary prices and outside Sweden the return fee starts at 59 DKK, 99 NOK, 15 EUR, 10 GBP, 20 USD on both sale and ordinary prices. Do keep in mind that the return fee for Malina Bridal orders starts at 149 SEK within Sweden and outside 149 DKK, 199 NOK, 25 EUR, 30 USD. Also keep in mind that the amount you may pay for freight while placing your order will not be refunded in case of a return.

Do keep in mind that Malina has the right to reduce the price of the refund amount if your return not ally with our terms and conditions. The returned items has to be in mint condition in order for us to accept and refund a return.

All returns must have a prepaid waybill with a valid tracking number for us to accept it, witch your receive after you have registered your return online or contacted us at [email protected] to receive one.

If you have paid customs for the import of the product you return, you have the right to claim this cost from the responsible executor.

COMPLAINTS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
For any complaints regarding our products register your issue online or contact ur customer service at [email protected] and we will advise you how to proceed.

In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Agency, you as a customer always have a 3-year right to make a complaint. If you discover that an item is incorrect, this must be reported to us within a reasonable time after the error has occurred, and in this case, 2 months is always considered to be within a reasonable time.

Once the complained product has been returned and the complaint has been approved, Malina will compensate you in use with current consumer protection legislation. Malina strives for this to take place no longer than 14 days after receiving the complaint. Malina reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, Malina follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board.

FORCE MAJEURE
Malina is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements. GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS
If you receive a gift card or voucher from Malina, it is valid 1 year from the receiving date if nothing else is agreed or stated. Malina Gift Card can not be returned. All vouchers used at bymalina.com do not apply for any sale items or for total order value over 10.000 SEK/1000 EUR.

MALINA BRIDAL
For Bridal terms, please check our general “Terms and conditions”.
For returns including any bridal products the return fee starts at 149 SEK within Sweden and outside 149 DKK, 199 NOK, 25 EUR, 30 USD. Also keep in mind that the amount you may pay for freight while placing your order will not be refunded in case of a return.. For Bridal gowns in stock, the delivery period is 2-4 days within Sweden. For preorder gowns the delivery time is 6-8 weeks. We reserve the right to make any delays that we not are in charge over, but we always do everything we can to deliver all order on time.
