How did you choose your wedding outfit?
I wanted a dress that was elegant and simple but with that extra touch. When I tried on the Willow Top and Theodora Maxi Skirt, I fell in love instantly – I've never felt so beautiful and comfortable in an outfit. I chose to wear it as a dress by pulling the skirt slightly higher, which felt just right for me given its elegant yet simple style that I wanted to wear on the day I would marry Anton.

What were your choices of accessories and bridal boquet?
I chose to enhance the light pearl color by wearing pearl earrings and a white, warm and sleek bouquet with large roses. The makeup and hair also followed a simple, elegant style with that little extra touch.

What is your favorite details with your wedding look?
I absolutely loved the skirt and the relaxed yet elegant style it created when combined with the top. The tie detail on the top added a touch of playfulness to an otherwise relatively simple yet elegant look that I chose to wear, and it was a detail that really won me over. For me, this combination, with the fabric's sheen and the flattering yet comfortable style, was completely spot on for my taste and made me feel so at ease – and just really, really beautiful.

How come you choose to get married in Stockholm city?
Anton and I wanted to celebrate our big day in the city where we met and spent our first years together, namely Stockholm. Choosing a city venue felt natural to us because it felt most like us, like our home.

Tell us something special about your wedding day!
Not only was this our big day, but it was extra special because the day after, we were going to pack our bags and move abroad for an indefinite period. Therefore, our wedding also became an occasion to celebrate life, and all the exciting and wonderful things it entails, with our loved ones.

What attire and theme did you choose for your bridesmaids?
Because of the late summer/early autumn setting, the church ceremony, and the murals in the reception and dinner venue, which would be very colorful, I wanted a simple, earthy color palette for my bridesmaids. I didn't have a pre-determined color, just the overall image in my mind. It was super important to me that they felt comfortable in both the style and color of the dresses, and that they would feel like their most beautiful selves. That's why I was so happy that we settled on a dress that they truly felt beautiful and comfortable in all day and night long.

What were your different wedding locations?
We wanted the day to be in line with great joy, elegance, playfulness, and love, and therefore chose a solemn ceremony at Kungsholm Church followed by dinner and a party at the Van der Nootska Palace. We opted for their Library Suite with a literary ambiance and wall paintings, which led us to choose a simpler table setting - a light setting with many lit candles and understated flowers.

We chose the Library Suite at Van Der Nootska with a literary atmosphere and murals, which led us to opt for a simpler table setting – a light setting with many lit candles and subtle floral arrangements.

How did the evening celebration look like?
Just to get some extra quality time with our guests before our departure, we surprised them with a party bus for the last hour, where we drove around Stockholm and danced until the early hours. An incredible end to a truly wonderful and unforgettable day.

What advice or tips do you have for other couples planning their wedding?
Give yourselves the conditions to relax on your big day. Being well-prepared in advance, ensuring that the days leading up to the wedding are calm, and the golden rule of delegation definitely applies. However, view it more as a way to give yourselves the opportunity to fully experience your big day, rather than a burdensome "must-do." This mindset helped us a lot – and actually made the time leading up to the wedding and the day itself more enjoyable. Sharing both the planning, the to-do list, and that nervous excitement before the big day with your loved ones are precious memories that we will cherish for a long time.
